The jewellery making workshop is a two-day event during which you will design and make your own ring under the guidance of designer Miloš Cettl. The course is suitable for beginners and advanced students and takes place in Litomyšl.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN AT THE JEWELLERY MAKING WORKSHOP?
During the course you will learn about traditional jewellery making techniques and master the basic working procedures. You will first try everything out on a brass ring to gain confidence in working with tools and materials.
Once you’ve got the technique down, you’ll start making a silver ring that you can add a stone to.
The workshop emphasizes an individual approach, your own ideas and respect for the material.
WHO IS THE JEWELLERY WORKSHOP FOR?
The workshop is suitable for beginners who want to try jewellery making for the first time or for advanced students who want to expand their skills. Our workshop is open to those who are passionate about craft and original creations.
No previous experience is necessary.
LECTURER – Miloš Cettl
Miloš Cettl is a jeweller and designer who combines traditional craft techniques with a distinctive authorial approach in his work. His works are characterized by precise workmanship, attention to detail and thoughtful choice of materials.
In her teaching practice she works at the University of Tomáš Baťa in Zlín in the Studio of Jewellery Design and also runs the studio Škola šperku. Each of his jewellery pieces is created with respect for the natural shapes and personality of the future wearer.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE JEWELLERY MAKING WORKSHOP TAKE PLACE?
Our workshop will take place from Saturday to Sunday, April 18th – 18th, 2026 10am – 17 pm.

PRICE AND CAPACITY OF THE WORKSHOP
The price of the two-day workshop is CZK 5,000 and includes the lecturer’s guidance, all materials and equipment and refreshments.
